All You Need Is Love, a 1967 smash hit single sung by the Beatles. Shakespeare, in the sixteenth century, wrote Love is blind  a line from The Merchant of Venice whilst Love is patient, love is kind… comes from the Bible, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 – all timeless love quotes that have become so indelibly etched into our consciousness that they become ours – our words, our thoughts. Love emanates from a deep well of happiness within that everyone, at some stage in their life, has or will experience. Whilst love is unique to each person, uniquely felt and uniquely expressed, the understanding of love is universal and binds us.
